Ear Stretching Difficulties

So I'm currently at 5\8 and I am having difficulty stretching them. They are very v e r y right and I've had them this size for a few months. Any suggestions? I wanna get to 7\8

My opinion u shouldn’t be going from 5/8 to 7/8. U need to got to 3/4 the 7/8. Your skip sizes bro.
