Got my ears pierced when i turned 18, so August 11th 2007 and i started at a 18g
Now over 3 years later and i'm at 11/16" and my ears have been healed for over 3 months each ear and i CANT get to 3/4"
No matter what I do

After I got to 00 i never really needed tapers, I waited just a lil longer and every stretch I did in the shower and the plug went right in
Since then i go to sleep and take them out, wake up and they slide right back in no problem

Now its not working, so maybe my ears are done?
Or maybe i have to purchase a 3/4" taper
Anyone wanna help me out here
Here are some pics with and without my plugs
The without pics might look a lil weird but i just got off work and i get headaches alot so im always rubbing my head/neck/ears

First of all, your ears look really healthy and thick. It looks like you took good care of them.

As far as stretching up further, have you tried taping? It will be much more gradual than using a taper. This should allow you to go up to another size.

Good luck!

I did a little bit of tape when i was at 0 to 00
Worst jump ever in my opinion

But for some reason, my ears didnt respond to the electrical tape i used very well
Got really really sore, and it wouldn't stop stinging
So i guess I will try that here soon

Appreciate the help, glad to hear my ears are lookin healthy

Try plumbers tape, also known as PTFE tape. It's cheap, and much better for your ears than electrical tape. Also, it's thinner than electrical tape for more of a gradual stretch.

Electrical tape is an awful thing to use because the adhesive can really irritate your ears, and it's so thick. PTFE/plumber's tape is ideal for stretching because it's thin, smooth, and sticks to itself without glue. Just make sure you keep lots and lots of oil on it or it can dry out your lobes.

I guess i am a lucky one, or a weird one
But i've never used oil, or salt water cleaner or anything like that
I usually shower twice a day and everytime i use shampoo for my hair i always clean my jewelry and my ears with that soap, no problems ever

Well, using tape kind of requires oil because it can dry out your ears so much. Also, oil massages might help improve the health of your lobes in general.
