Do you guys leave your jewellery in at night or do you take it out?

And if it is to be taken out at night, how long should you wait after having stretched up a size?

Would it ever be possible for the holes to shrink/close up overnight ? I can't imagine so, but still believe I have read about it somewhere....

i leave them in at night, tho steel plugs tend to annoy me sometimes, but just keep some rubber ones in, i wouldnt take them out for a night if you havent had that size for over lets say 6 months, as it does shrink down overnight

I must find steel tunnels a lot more comfortable than anyone else because I quite like to sleep in them :O I also have 6g acrylic tunnel in my conch now, and I have discomfort with it at night either =]

I leave mine in at night, but if you are able to leave it out it's a really good thing to do. If you want you can test it out; try leaving them out for a while during the day to see how long you can. Leave them out for longer and longer each day until it's the same amount of time you sleep so you'll know they won't close up too much.

Good idea, cos I was thinking it must be good to give my ears a break + a bit of breathing time during the night...

In the day I wear my wood ones then at night I put in something comfyyyy like some kaos products or something:)

I leave them out, at 1 inch they're way too uncomfortable, even silicone one.

i never take mine out all night. I take my plugs out for an hour during the day when i get home an when i shower.

I won't take mine during night. But as said by Nic, I too take my plugs during the day time at bath.
