Thinned out lobe.

I stretched my ears to 2 inches about 2 years ago. I have had my plugs out for 2 years and they remain at an inch. I do not wear plugs, however I do massage the area with oil. The lobe doesnt seem to get any thicker. Does anyone have any OTHER suggestions? I don't want to get the sewn up, but I would like have big plugs again.

are they exactly an inch? maybe you should stretch / downsize like twice or something going from 1" to 1"1/8 and back to 1"

but yeah they look quite thin even after downsizing to a much lower size

What kind of oil do you use? Emu oil is the best for thickening while most of the others just moisturize or reduce scar tissue.

I've actually got this same problem with my right ear.
I blew it out pretty badly when sizing up to 00's.
I don't know how to fix it, but would love to figure out how haha
