This is for my friend. After stretching his ear lobes are very sore and bleeding. Any anyone provide information to avoid bleeding and pain?

If he wants to avoid bleeding and pain, he needs to be patient and only stretch when his ears are ready. Stretching should never bleed or be painful.

It is good if you would try to use sea salt and warm water along with dial soap to help heal your ears.

If the bleeding persists till, consult a doctor. Don't ask suggestion for this. This is your ear, don't play with it.

Stretching should cause minimal pain and no bleeding. You could have permanent scar tissue damage now from tearing your ear lobes.
