People still seem to post, but I guess it's a fairly narrow subject for a forum. I'm obviously new but the regulars seem, uh... regular? 
I used KY for my first two stretches and it made them fairly breezy, and I also used it the first time I changed my (healed) nipple bars to help them slide through more easily.
