ok here is the deal, i am currently deployed overseas on a naval ship, and i only can stretch when i go to sleep or when i am working out. i am currently at a 6g and i am all out of sea salt to clean them with. does anyone have any good ideas for care and stuff i can do to aid my stretching. i was at a 2g last year, but i got drunk and was trying to impres this girl, and shoved a non-tapered 0g through and blew them both out. so i let them heal and got them re-pierced, now i am at a 6g.

There are a bunch of methods you can use, other than sea salt soaks. You should be taking out your plugs in the shower and soaping and massaging your lobes if you aren't already. If you can get your hands on some Bio oil, Emu oil, Jajoba oil etc that might help. I don't if this is good or bad but when my plugs start to hurt after a stretch i put poly sporin on them and im at an inch now and it hasn't had a negative effect on my ears yet so if you want to try those out they might help your care for your ears.

What do you mean you're out of sea salt, you're on a naval ship, just dunk your head in the ocean!! >.>
But seriously, you can always just use antibacterial soap twice a day with warm water, that works just as well as long as it's a mild soap. I use this

Works wonder on my ears, compared to sea salt soaks which actually irritate and dry out my lobes more than help them. On a side note, it's the only thing that effectively rids me of my acne and if you use it to shave with, you get less of an after-rash and not as many ingrown hairs. It's a wonderful product that I can't recommend enough.
