Soak em in warm water fr a bit. Then dry them off and use latex gloves to get a better grip.
Then try teflon tape covered pliers, so you don't scratch it and can get a little better grip. Needle nose pliers are good. Friends help unscrew things I can't >.<

If it still won't work, then they're cross-threaded and you're screwed. Better buy some new ones. Or treat them like double flares.

aight thanks so if they are cross threaded im have to wait till i can just like 'fold' em or pull em out like a double flare
and if i do the pliers with tape would electrical or duck tape be the best thing to use so itll strip grip while im tryin to grab hold of the face of it?

PTFE tape is best as its thin.
But its just because acrylic is kinda soft, and you wanna get a good grip without putting great big dents from the rough surface of the pliers. Its just enough to minimse damage, but not soo thick and smooth it doesn't give any grip
You don't need the tape if you don't want :)

If they're stuck in your ears, get a friend to help.
Otherwise just wait till your ears are loose enough to get them out.
I've had double flares stuck before,, couple of weeks, a hot shower, and a bit of oil and they're out for me. Just make sure to move your lobes around on the jewellery and clean them as best you can!

I HAVE THE REST OF TODAY TO GET EM OUT OR IM SCREWED

ive been doin oil and moving em around and showers all day pretty much because im in a sport where i have to take them out and i need them out by tomoro
so is there any quick fixes to getting em out
i tried the pliers and it just wasnt working
id grab on and i wasnt able to twist because the whole piece twisted instead of just the face and when i grab with the pliers i cant get a good enough grab with my fingers to twist it of because the face gets pulled against my lobe
and my left ear has taken a lil bit of damage not alot tho from trying to get it out
so is there any way to get em out a.s.a.p.
anything will help im trying everything

what about epison salt it helps with swelling ear my be a little swollen which keeps pressure on one side making them lock up if not it may open lobes enough to pull out. do you have pics i like to see stretch that fast?
