Stainless Steel to Acrylic

Hey guys I've been stretching for a while and I recently stretched to a 2G (yesterday) and I was wondering how long I should wait before switching from the stainless steel tunnels to acrylic plugs because I know that acrylic isn't safe for new piercings. I've been waiting around 3 weeks between each stretch and wanted to know if I didn't have to wait that long to switch gauges because I'm not stretching. Thanks!

I never had any problems wearing acryllic into a fresh stretch. It depends on wether you're allergic to it or not, and it's harder to keep clean.
I would wait at least 3 or 4 weeks if you don't want to have a chance to an allergic reaction

you can have acrylic in your ears right away as long as there are no rips, tears or irritations (which there shouldnt be if your stretching properly

) and as long as you clean them and your ears everyday. soap and water in the shower is just fine.

I clean my tunnel and hole twice a day with antibacterial soap.
