I hear every one using E lotion, jojoba, and tree tea oil. I am new so unsure but was thinking about strech cream. I mean it is made to fix strech marks. I was thinking of aloe vera. Any advise.

I probably wouldn't. If you had naked ears for ages then fine (like days). But underneath jewellery its just not going to absorb properly and go all sweaty and gross.
And not in fresh stretches ofc. Stretchmarks aren't the same sort of wounds. And even stretching ears well creates teeeeeny micro tears.
Oils are pretty close to your natural body oils, which is why they work, cause they're easily absorbed.
Ointments, creams, lotions... not so much. A lot will just clog stuff up.
Bio oil is a stretchmark OIL, but its got some seriously dubious ingredients which I wouldn't want anywhere near my ears

Thank you for info; however on the clean ear part I take jewelry out every day and flush with sea salt water and clean with lie soap.
Thanks again I do see the differences you point out. So which oil or lotion would people recommend?

I like jojoba as its naturally full of vit e, and not too expensive. i use emu oil cause i had loads free.
but a lot of benefits are from the massage part, so even olive oil will help a little bit.

Here in the UK a good product is KY Jelly, I do not know if it is a worldwide brand.
My piercer advised me to use this for stretching.

Yes, KY is available in the US also, however, I think the OP was referring to oils for massaging the piercing more than lube for stretching.
I use vitamin e oil on my lobes. Only been using it for about 3 weeks, and it has REALLY changed my earlobes. They've gone from hurting and having a knot inside to completely pain free and back to normal, like before they were pierced. I had them pierced at 8g back in May of 2010 and still hadn't been able to stretch, but now that the pain is going away, I'm hoping to be able to stretch to 6 within the next week. I figured there must be SOMETHING to this vitamin e oil thing, since EVERYONE seems to be a HUGE advocate of it, but I was a bit skeptical that some oil would make this much of a difference, but like I said, my ears are at a 180* change from where they were. It truly is a lobe saver.
As far as a cream/lotion, I tried using cocoa butter with e oil in it for a while, and that just didn't do anything for me.
