what's the gauge?

After a while they're just measured in inches/fractions of inches.
39.6mm = 1-9/16"
41.2mm = 1-5/8"

Just grab a mm & inch ruler and see for yourself. Won't be a standardised jewellery size though, so you'd have to downsize or stretch.

actually depending on the manufacturer different gauges are different sizes, sometimes as much as 1 mm or more. in bigger sizes, and any size really, its better to stick to measuring in mm than using gauge measurements

Oh okie. Thank you :)! so 1-5/8" inch it is.

yeah.. i know lol
i hate this "gauges" way. just m"m. it's the best.

gauge is for doctors and stuff.. not for the ears.
