and for the first time i stretched "hard" i did 3m"m to 10m"m (i got this video on youtube btw) , after that just 2/4m"m every time.

Honestly... I don't want to sound mean or anything but those are some of the worst lobes I've ever seen. My advice to you would be to take them out and leave them out until they heal. Do some sea salt soaks on them; that's a pretty large open wound and it may be at risk for infection. It looks like they're really swollen already.

was it not horribly painful to stretch them that quick? this picture is gnarly, man. it makes me sick to my stomach just looking at it.
