Alright so right now i'm only at a normal piercing and I use H2Ocean atleast 3 times a day, and before that i used antibacterial soap so my ears are really dry right now. So is it alright for me to massage my ears with jojoba oil?

I don't see any reason y not. A piercing is a piercing, shouldn't matter what size it is. Jojoba wouldn't ruin smaller piercings.
