I thought I would post what I am using to look after my stretched lobes, it is a product from One Planet called 100 % Natural Face Moisturiser for men.
It contains.....

Cocoa Butter, Aloe Vera and Apricot.

And is available from Asda.

I make my own blend:

1 part jojobaoil
1 part sheabutter
1 part oliveoil
1 part palmwax
½ part e-vit

it is so nice, I'm actually thinking of selling it
