For that style, off the top of my head, I'm not sure who has anything like that made with quality material. I've seen a lot of poor quality plugs like that. I would caution you against buying any jewelry from places like hot topic and spencers. Especially for healing a fresh stretch. The materials (Metal) used buy their manufactures are just slightly above crap. They are not a implant grade surgical stainless steal.

Anatometal make THE gemmed eyelets. But they're like $200/pair.
There are some really bad versions around, where the gems fall out pretty much straight away.
Theres a bunch on
http://www.steelnavel.com (like black ones). Search cz, gem or eyelet or something and you should find

I found a way around the falling out gems.
All you need to do is put a few coats of clear nailpolish on them and they stay in place.
Even through showering, and other things that would cause your gauges to heat up.

Anatometal make them but they worth around 200$ to 500$... but it's the best quality you can found.

Industrial Strength has started making them. They're not as hefty as Anatometal, and they're still good quality.

^ I like the look of the DIY gemmed ones a LOT, gems are interchangable

(yay holiday/occasion themed plugs!)
No clue when they'll be released though, other than 'soon'
Its been soon for a while...
